REGISTRATION FOR THE 2019/20 HOCKEY SEASON OPENS MAY 1ST.
Just moved to Fort Saskatchewan and want to register your child in hockey?
If you have a player to register that has never played before anywhere at anytime, you are free to go to www.fortsaskminorhockey.com and follow the links to create an online account and register for the season, camps and/or tryouts.
As well, all hockey players in the province of Alberta are required to have one parent complete a Respect in Sport Course online. Please find more information about the program under the registration, general info tab.
If you have a player that has played elsewhere in another association at anytime, please contact Fort Saskatchewan Minor Hockey (Sports Coordinator) at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 780-340-1835, and provide
1. A completed Hockey Alberta Parent Declaration Form
2. Two different pieces of the four accepted proof of residency documents:
• Driver’s Licence
• Utility Bill
• Child’s Registration in a Fort Saskatchewan School
• Bill of Sale or Rental Agreement on a Fort Saskatchewan residency
Once received, Fort Saskatchewan Minor Hockey will initiate a request for transfer. Once this transfer is complete then you will be able to go to our online registration, create an account and register for the season, camps and or tryouts.
All players registered in Fort Saskatchewan Minor Hockey must have a parent that has taken the Respect in Sport-Parent Program Course. Proof of completion of the program must be listed to the players HCR profile, prior to registration.
If you have any questions contact the FSMH Office at 780-340-1835.
Print a Parent Declaration form, and include it with your documents.
